The winter months and inactivity can lead to weight gain, and for some a feeling of despire because they have tried everything they ccan think of to help loose the weight and get healthy, but now I think I have found a way to get healthy and stay satified with the food you eat to get there. It’s not just dieting it’s sticking with a lifestyle change. I have already started and I want yoy to follow along with me as I explore foods that are delicious and low fat, some even fat free. But for now we will explore Mediterranean style of cooking for better health.
Let’s not concentrate on the losing weight that will follow, let’s start with changing the way we cook, oh yeah I am not just preaching, I will be doing, I need to lose 20 pounds and it starts with a healthier way of eating.
