It’s time to detox, now I don’t pretend to know what’s best for others but I know what’s bettter for me because I can usually feel when my body is getting sluggish and my answer is to detox my system. This is my favorite Green Tea Detox, you will need these ingrediants if you would like to try a refreshing and different way to detox

1 1/4 cup red leaf lettuce ( which is high in nutrients but low in calories, very hydrating and loaded with powerful antioxidants, may keep your heart healthy and promote weight loss.) Healthline.com

2 inch piece cucumber, cut in half ( which is high in nutrients which may help lower blood sugar, it could promote regularity, it contains antioxidants) Healthline.com

2 packets of stevia or truvia (Stevia is a natural sweetner and sugar substtitute drived from the leaves the plant species,* stevia may cause adverse effects in some people* that is why it might be best to use a zero calorie sugar.

2 1/4cups of strongly brewed, chilled green tea (green tea may help cognition, maintenance of moderate weight, and offer some protection against cancer) Healthline.com

1 1/4 cup of mixed berries your preference

Blend all ingrediants until mixed well and enjoy.
