I am a great believer in the power of juicing because I lowered my A1C from 7.5 down to 5.6 just by drinking jusice two times a day three days a week. I used my favorite fruit and added Kale or Spinach and always used coconut water instead of plain water, it wasn’t an overnight fix but it did work and helped get my blood presure under control, and fresh juice has fresher proprieties , I am not saying this will work for you but it is a good practice to incorperate juice into the life.
