There is a lot of talk about losing weight but if your weight is not effecting your hea;th then stop worrying. I am here just to offer alternative to a healthy way of life. you might ask who do I think I am well let’s talk about that, I am a mother, a grandmother and a great grandmother and I am sstill able to enjoy my family because I pratice what I write about. I try very hard to eat healthy and I duice to fill in the extra nutrients. I got my A1 C down to below 5 with juicing twice a day and now I maintain that level by including green vegatables, salads and antioxidants. Juicing comes easy for me because I make up the juice I want but I always add a green and a two berries along with seasonal fruit. I think the best added green is Kale because it blends smoothly. Kale can promote good health.
