Here is a juice you will love on these hot days, you need a blender or juicer. One manago, 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup of lowfat milk, 1/8 cup of sugar or Agave Honey, 1 cup of ice and 1/2 cup of water blend all ingrediants about two minutes or until smoothe, pour in a glass and enjoy.
