Pear Cleanse to use after all the Holiday overeating. You will need these ingredients

1 cup bok choy
1/4 cup cilantro
1 Bartlett pear, cored and cut up
or 1/2 large Asian pear, cored and cut up
1/8 avocado

1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 date, pitted
2 ounces holy basil or tulsi tea, brewed and chilled
1/2 cup ice, combine all ingredients, and enjoy.
