If you are diabetic there are ways to help lower your A1c, by juicing and eating salads at least three times a week, I was able to lower my A1c below 7. The juice below is for those with juicers, if you do not have a juicer go to this page for tips on how to Lower A1c.

I always use coconut water, blueberries, and either spinach or kale along with my other ingredients. Choose your favorite fruits and be sure to add either spinach or kale.

Try this juice, 1/4 cup of fresh kale or spinach, 1 celery stalk quartered, 1/2 green apple unpeeled, 3/4 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries, 1/2 cup of strawberries fresh or frozen, 1/3 of coconut water, and 1/2 cup of ice, you may need more coconut water to you may want to add a little honey.

Remember staying healthy is a lifestyle change.
